Inizialmente noto come “Strade di nuova Celesta”, il set contiene 281 carte regolari e include delle versioni premium di tutte le carte in maniera random. Le carte regolari contengono 10 “Metropolis”  terre base full art. Ognuna ha due differenti art.

Streets of New Capenna Commander Deck Bedecked Brokers pone la sua storia in un piano sconosciuto nella Metropoli Art Deco Noir di Nuova Capenna, una città che ha sia vitalità sia glamour.  Un luogo costruito da Angeli ma ora dominato da 5 famiglie di demoni criminali che si danno battaglia per la supremazia. Questa città è molto importante per il Planeswalker  Elspeth Tirel. Ob Nixilis sembra invece coinvolto con una delle famiglie.

Public domain name registries for Streets of New Celesta were filed by a subsidiary registrar in October, 2020.^[4] A further registration with the gg domain was filed by Wizards of the Coast itself, but apparently they later changed the name to Streets of New Capenna.

The set contains 281 regular cards () and includes randomly inserted premium versions of all cards. The regular cards include 10 full-art “Metropolis” basic lands. Each type has two different pieces of art. Alternate card frames have another card number than the original version.

The set takes place on an yet undisclosed plane^[5] in the Art Deco Noir metropolis of New Capenna, a city that has both grit and glamour. It is a place built by angels, but now ruled by five demon crime families battling for supremacy. It is a city important to the planeswalker Elspeth Tirel. ^[6] Ob Nixilis is seemingly involved with one of the crime families.^[7]
